His recent research and mentoring activity includes student-led investigations into wound healing, antimicrobial activity, honey authenticity, oral health applications, antifungal potential, acne-related pathogens, and biofilm inhibition.

Our research explores the evidence-based medicinal potential of the full spectrum of hive products, including honey, propolis, bee venom, royal jelly, and bee pollen, with a focus on understanding why they work at the molecular and cellular level.
